Welcome to The Stages Festival

The Stages Festival is a month-long, state-wide celebration of theatre and the performing arts – a project of the New Jersey Theatre Alliance and its membership*.

The Stages Festival takes place every March with discounted and/or free tickets to performances, workshops and events statewide, and with programming suitable for ALL age groups (not just the little ones). The event provides wonderful opportunities to experience the magic of live theatre with everyone in your family - and your extended family of friends.

Reservations are required for most events and many sell out quickly; please make your reservations as soon as possible.

Be sure to check back here from time to time; events are added throughout the month.

Weather delays and/or cancellations will be announced here on the site, so check in if weather is questionable on the day of your event.

If you have made a reservation and find that you will not be able to attend, please take the time to let the venue know so they can make your tickets available to others.

If you would like to receive an announcement when The Stages Festival web site goes live each year, please click on the Contact us link to the right to enter your email address - you'll receive an announcement by email as soon as we're up and running.

*The Stages Festival is a cosponsored project of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
